These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bajilaif ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at bajilaif. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagering, bonus participation, withdrawals, and all communications with the Company.

By completing the account registration process and clicking the confirmation checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement, and that you voluntarily agree to be bound by every provision stated herein. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail. Communications between users and the bajilaif support team are conducted in English. All account-related notices, promotional communications, and policy updates are issued in English.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy published on bajilaif, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company with respect to the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

bajilaif is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to, registration on, and use of any product or service on bajilaif is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active account.

2.1 Age Verification

bajilaif employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the age and identity of all registered users. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete age verification:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A valid passport showing your date of birth
• A driving licence showing your date of birth
• A birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID

bajilaif reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

bajilaif is operated for players based in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using an online betting and gaming platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Company makes no representation that the services offered on bajilaif are appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly at the user's own risk, and the Company accepts no liability arising from such access.

2.3 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on bajilaif. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, using a family member's details, or using any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Company reserves the right to close all associated accounts, retain any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts.

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajilaif username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajilaif will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the bajilaif support team immediately at support@bajilaif.

3.3 Account Ownership

bajilaif accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with your account to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 KYC Documentation

The Company may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request that you provide documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Company may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

bajilaif supports a range of local and international payment methods specifically selected for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on bajilaif is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the platform, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your bajilaif account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. bajilaif does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by the bajilaif payments team within the timeframe displayed at the point of withdrawal request submission. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the KYC verification process and satisfied any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in your account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

4.4 Responsible Financial Conduct

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you can afford to lose. bajilaif does not permit the use of the platform as a financial instrument, money transfer service, or any form of financial intermediary. Any account found to be engaged in suspicious transaction patterns may be suspended pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations.

bajilaif offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and a general term in this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your bajilaif account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (or, in some promotions, the bonus amount plus the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Bonus Validity

All bonuses have a validity period, which will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from your account balance. Validity periods will not be extended under any circumstances unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajilaif takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing bets on both sides of the same market to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software or bots to generate bonus turnover; and colluding with other users to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, the Company reserves the right to cancel all bonus funds, void all winnings generated from the bonus, and close the associated account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bajilaif reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to a user's account prior to the effective date of the change, except where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus was obtained fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

By using bajilaif, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You further agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, disruptive, or detrimental to the interests of bajilaif, its partners, or other users of the platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajilaif:

• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Registering more than one account or accessing another user's account without their explicit authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise interact with the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the bajilaif platform, including its games, betting engine, or payment systems
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting collusion, or any activity that undermines the integrity of the sports markets offered on the platform
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing any abusive, offensive, or defamatory content via any communication channel provided by bajilaif

6.2 Responsible Use

You agree to use the bajilaif platform responsibly. This includes using the responsible gaming tools available to you — including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling activity is becoming difficult to control. bajilaif reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event that the Company reasonably believes that a user has breached these Terms, is engaging in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Grounds on which bajilaif may suspend or close an account include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Operation of duplicate accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform errors
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• The user's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme

7.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, bajilaif reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, cancel pending withdrawals, and void any outstanding bets. Where an account is closed at the user's own request and no breach of Terms has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method after the completion of applicable withdrawal processing times.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your bajilaif account at any time by contacting the support team at support@bajilaif. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 working days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajilaif, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

8.1 Platform Availability

bajilaif operates on a best-efforts basis to maintain continuous platform availability. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other cause of service interruption beyond the Company's reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Content

Games and sports data provided on bajilaif are sourced from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. bajilaif accepts no liability for errors, interruptions, or failures attributable to these third-party providers, although the Company will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues brought to its attention by affected users.

8.3 Betting Decisions

All betting and gaming decisions on bajilaif are made by the user at their own risk and discretion. bajilaif does not provide betting advice and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of any bet or wager placed on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk, and you should only ever wager amounts that you can afford to lose.
